Working groups
Twice every day there was working group time. That means either working
in the working group room, together with the other people but sometimes,
especially on a warm and hot afternoon, it is impossible to stay inside.

Non Astronomical Programme (NAP)
Some pictures of the many non astronomical activities in the camp. Every
evening the NAP leaders organises an activity for the whole group. These
activities varied from serious games like discussions and the world trade
game to more relaxing games like the water games or the singing evenings.
On the free day you organize your own non astronomical activity. Well,
and apart from that there were many other activities that had nothing to
do with astronomy...

National Evenings
During two evenings of the camp all nations represented in the camp had
to present some aspect of their own culture or country. Some people gave
a lectures, others played games or organized a party!

Parties
Well, there need not to be a reason to organize a party. Just do it. Whether
it was a fancy dress party, a spontaneous corridor party or a working group
party, there were plenty of them.

Excursion
Some time at the end of the first week there was the excursion. When everybody
got to know each other a bit better, the whole group departed on a trip
in the surroundings. This year we visited a mine, made a walk in the woods
and visited a nearby town. The mines were very exciting since we all had
to wear was raincoat (because there was water dripping down everywhere)
and a helmet (low ceiling). Time for pictures!

Constellations
Hum... And there are the people that are particularly favoured by the stars.
They group in constellations. Usually those constellations only contain
two stars. Rarely three. But then, what do you expect of 70 boys and girls
living together for three weeks?

People
Soon you realise that the most important aspect of the camp are the people
(well, there is the astronomy as well of course, but that's just a good
excuse to bring the people together...). People doing silly things, crazy
things or just sitting with their feet in the water...

Rocket launch
After building some 20 rockets in the camp, it was rocket launch afternoon.
It is just a little more exciting then fire works since you rocket is supposed
to come down with a parachute. Well, it should. This year we also had a
night-time launch campaign with fluorescent rockets!
